Never claimed in 10 years of having 3 pets covered.
First claim for dental treatment refused on the basis that the vet records say tartar seen 3 years ago. We were never informed. Nothing on the records at the 2019 or 2020 check ups.
I expected better of Direct Line, but at the end of the day, they are just the usual insurance company; happy to take your premiums, but any excuse not to pay a very straightforward claim.
