My dog has an on-going illness which he was diagnosed with from a young age well after the policy was taken out.

I have claimed and Marks & Spencer have always paid up no problem BUT I have been punished by the EXTORTIONATE inscreases in the premiums...

I've been with M&S for 7 years and each year the policy prices have shot up so now I'm paying approx £1,500 for 2 dogs .... I feel they know they have you because you can't move anywhere else because previous or current conditions won't be covered....
