Don't fall for their charity image! They won't pay out on our cat's heart scans since we can't get the Swedish vets to translate medical records from Swedish to English. We have provided AFI with signed documentation from these vets, stating that our cat had no previous heart related problems and that he was completely healthy upon leaving Sweden (they do a full check up for the European Pet Passport). Not enough for AFI, they will make new demands until we are forced to give up.
