We needed to claim for our dog and they lost the first documentation the vet sent through. The first...

Our dog had pancreatitis which then followed by diabetis and is now on long term medication.
More Than settled the bill within days direct to the vets.
Fantastic service the bill is over £3,000 such a relief from a hassle free insurance company.
