We have only had this insurance for a year and have had no problems. Had a vet bill over £3000 and Argos was very helpful and paid with no quibble.

Our dog was bitten by another dog on the leg and needed stitches. Luckily there was no infection. Vetsure came through and covered the treatment. The only thing that could have been improved was if they responded a bit quicker. Otherwise top-notch.
