Second year of renewal with MP. Had to make a claim in 2022 and customer service was really good, I was kept informed of the progress of my claim and the reps I spoke to were always informative and courteous.

Highly recommended have made a few claims over the year process so ease and money back in account the same day on most occasions or next day if I make the claim late.

The customer service is great as well as the policy. Pay excess once and not for the rest of the year on claims. Every time I have claimed they have paid straight away. Would definitely recommend.
