I have 5 cats, 3 older. They are all insured by Many Pets. I recently had to make a claim for one. All I had to do was contact them and they did the rest. Our vet surgery has recently been taken over and there have been concerns with the person who deals with claims. Many Pets listened to what I had to say and arranged everything accordingly. Many Pets listens. Also, they don't skyrocket their yearly renewal prices like some other pet insurance companies. I had 2 cats covered by More Than for a number of years and they upped their yearly renewal to over £2000 plus £200 per illness as well as the 20% I pay toward each claim. I managed to insure my 5 cats with Many Pets in the summer for £800+ . Many Pets care about animals. They dont "blackmail" owners who love their pets. I highly recommend!!
