I thought the whole point of insurance is that you get paid back on your claim. I have been waiting 4 weeks now because they are 'busy' I can't see any other businesses surviving that excuse. Mine is up for renewal, I will deffo be going elsewhere...

Initially our renewal quote was higher as all of them seem to be second year round, and we noticed that it was considerably cheaper to apply through the comparison site for the same policy, so rang up and then sent proof of this by way of a screen grab...

My dog had an illness that cost a lot to heal, fair enough they paid out OK, but premium went from £40 per month to £180. Clearly no morals or care for pets, cynically treatment of their customer Base. Premium cover worthless when they increase premiums...

They are sold as the best company for pet insurance, but there customer service is abhorrent and useless. Refused to give me a refund, will never use them again.

Paid the premiums and when our cat died of cancer they would not pay out as they said it was a pre existing condition although the first we knew about it was when the vet diagnosed it.

As the title says I am disgusted with this company.I have had my insurance claim declined today on the grounds of a so called pre existing condition.
Well she did have her abdomen checked over in 2016 .No evidence of a hernia was found at that time but...

Dog went to vets 2016 picked up slight heart murmur didn't even tell us about it 2 years later they won't pay out saying it's an existing condition garbage .Never pay pet insurance just set up a standing order and use the cash to pay vets bills.Insurers...

Cut a long story short 1 puppy 1 2 year old dog puppy started a fight with older dog. Puppy went to vets and I had to give her back to rspca cause of the fight she had with my other dog.
