I would not advocate this philosophe, but understand the issue with this Insurer. My issue was that AF wanted to deduct the Co-Payment (dog over 8 yoa) from the policy limit, thus they could never pay the limit on which the premium is based. After a number of calls and an email, AF agreed to pay the limit, less the excess, but did not uphold our complaint. Somewhat contradictory.

So much for insurers treating customers fairly. Got there in the end though.
