DO NOT USE PET PLAN!
This company have zero compassion and use hidden clauses to reject a claim, then continue to take money monthly despite your claim for a pet going missing. I feel let down and mislead by this organisation and urge everybody to steer...

Dog had cruciate done more than 2 years ago,stated in policy after 2 years it is treated as a new condition. Done her other leg after 2 and a half years after last one they did not pay out.

It really is a shame that you have to give a star, because I would give nothing, what an absolute shambles of a company petplan are... my dog had an allergic reaction to parasites and they put an exclusion on her record for ALL gastro/intestinal issues...

Brilliant had a £300 vet bill received by Tesco pet insurance on the Friday claim paid out on the Sunday really can't complain.

Been with tesco pet insurance for 2 years, just received the quote for this year which had increased by 50% (£120.00 increase). Rang the company only to be told it did seem a lot, offered to take off £4.00 a month, but offered no explanation as to why...

I cancelled my policy before comnencement
date due to their inability to apply any logic ir
common sense as we have rehomed a cat from
a well known charity. Our 9 month old cat had stress tummy
when he first arrived at their centre, this resolved quickly...

Our premiums remained about the same for the first 4 years of our policy, after which time my 4 year old Cavapoo was diagnosed with Cushings. Animal Friends paid out promptly for diagnosis, treatment and medication where necessary over the space of 2...
