Very happy with the service provided by Pet Protect after our dog had been viciously attacked by another dog. Would certainly recommend them.

Had no problem with any of our claims and considering Bertie needs a lot of medication &visits to the vets I find the service to be excellent and the price doesn’t go up much each year considering the costs incurred on a yearly basis

Extremely disappointed with this company having paid for insurance for two dogs for nearly 12 years with no previous claims.

I decided to go with Pet Protect as the premium was so competitive for the cover I chose.
Also, when I queried something, I received a reply within 24 hours which is very reassuring.

Could be cheaper but i found claim form filled it in and vets filled their part for dog, vertigo tablets and bloods and vets sent it off. Money was paid into my account within couple of weeks. I just had to pay the vets my excess fee. Next time was sadly...

I've just taken out essential cover for a couple of spaniels, with a claims limit of £4000. I have now noticed that "Any claims that exceed the policy limit" are not covered. I asked DL what would happen if my dog was ill or injured with a bill for £5000...
