Could be cheaper but i found claim form filled it in and vets filled their part for dog, vertigo tablets and bloods and vets sent it off. Money was paid into my account within couple of weeks. I just had to pay the vets my excess fee. Next time was sadly for euthanasia and cremation. Vets filled in the form i paid all upfront (excess fee and paperwork i wouldn't get back) the vets sent it off and within a two weeks they paid the 200 it states. Vetphone were ok.
