We pay so much money for our pets health care because we love them so much. Insurance companies and vets take full advantage of this. It’s a disgrace how much it all costs

Excellent service , having been with other insurance companies before this one is great.
Never had an issue with claiming for ongoing cancer treatment. Keep you informed of progress , can't fault them.

Filling in the form was easy. I filled in the first part then handed it to the vet who filled in the rest. Vetsure paid the vet directly and I just have to pay the excess. No problems.

We joined Vetsure as our vet is an approved provider. Our recent claim was paid without question directly into my bank account very quickly indeed which had not been my experience with other providers.
