Far too pricey cost wise

My Labrador experienced a bout of hair loss and skin allergy necessitating tests then treatment. With the help of my vet practice I claimed for cover of the costs and received settlement swiftly and without difficulty.

Very easy to take out policy, so far so good

Refused to honour claim, insisted that ears and skin were the same, even though the vet said her ears were fine when I claimed for her itchy skin. She had had a previous issue with her ears but not claimed then as of course under the excess amount...
