Superb level of customer service from everyone I spoke too. My dog had to have major surgery as a young puppy and I couldn’t fault them on value for money, helpfulness and speed of claims processing. Don’t be tempted to go with a discount provider - there’s strong possibility you won’t be covered . I could have been out of pocket to the tune of £7k if it hadn’t been for this policy.
