Had two claims. One for eating poison. One for fungal ear infection. Paid out both times. No problems. Great that ongoing issues are catered for.

FOUND THEY DO PUSH A BIT WITH VERY TIGHT DEADLINES ON ANY OFFERS GIVEN. COME ACROSS AS EXPENSIVE, BUT THAT IS WHEN PAYING IN ONE LUMP SUM.
