To start with my local vets are able to work directly with Kennel Club insurance to directly claim, this came in amazingly handy when our claim was in the thousands. The phone operators are always polite and super helpful, forms are easy to hand out although I would prefer to see a shift in electronic forms in the future. Great insurer to have at a reasonable price, will definitely use for our next dog!
