I wish I'd read these reviews prior to insuring my cat. I now have over 3,000 pounds of vets bills which they will not pay on the strength of his entire respiratory system being excluded as a result of an infection 9 years ago.I'm not sure how I will fare with the ombudsman, but will certainly be heading there.
Marks and Spencer were brilliant with a claim for another cat last year, and I will certainly use them in the future. I will not use Animal Friends again whatever the outcome.
