stay well clear of these my dog was involed in a rta and needed a operation asap for a damaged leg, i took out insurance with these as they said they would pay the vet directly but when it came to paying the declined , my dog is still waiting for her op 2 weeks later...watching her in pain is absolute awful, but we are on a low income and thought we were doing that right thing by insured , obvs not in this case... will update with out come
