Poor Service and iffy practices

Very poor insurer. Firstly they only deal via email so you never get any formal documentation from them so watch out if any of your emails go to spam.

We needed to claim for our dog and they lost the first documentation the vet sent through. The first I heard about it was when they sent through an email stating they were cancelling the claim! I managed to sort this out but decided I wouldn't stay with them another year. However in the meantime they switched us from annual to monthly (without permission) so we automatically renewed. I raised a complaint with themselves and then they got half the information wrong! Rubbish insurer, my advice would be to avoid.
