My dog got hit by a car reversing in our own gated and secure back yard . It was a genuine accident but they didn't pay as she wasn't on a lead !!!

After tragically losing our pet at 4yrs, we thought our insurance company might be sympathetic to this but no!!! Literally getting us to jump through hoops for paperwork after paperwork but nothing good enough. Not a thought for our grief. Disgusting...

Irresponsive, you have to beg for update, they take ages to process the claim and premiums increases are ridiculously unreasonable. Don’t even think about using their service.

Easy to claim super fast processing and claim paid no quibbles within a week of vet having submitted their documentation. Highly recommend.
