They will do anything not to pay a fair claim. We have had insurance for our dog for over 10years, not always with More Than. When we had to use the vet and then made a claim More Than put it into the hands of Allied Universal Compliance and Investigations, who accused us of making a false claim even though we paid the vet in full, the excess was £100 plus 20% of the claim, so what was in this for us? Why would we make a false claim? They are rude and they simply do not care. Do not use them.
