After tragically losing our pet at 4yrs, we thought our insurance company might be sympathetic to this but no!!! Literally getting us to jump through hoops for paperwork after paperwork but nothing good enough. Not a thought for our grief. Disgusting behaviour and no human contact at all, just a generic email response.
