Unfortunately have experienced the same as a lot of others. 2 months after putting in a claim and still nothing. I get the impression they are doing everything they can to get out of paying up. A small amount after excess but dreading the next time I need to make a claim. I don't know why I have bothered with this pet insurance as it feels like a total waste of money.
