Argos Pet Insurance offer Lifetime policies that cover vet fees, non-routine dental work and physiotherapy, overseas vet treatment and payments to cover advertising and rewards if your pet goes missing. Their Time Limited policies cover new conditions for 12 months from initial treatment date or until the vet fee cover runs out, whichever comes first. Their Maximum Benefit policy provides cover for new conditions until the vet fee cover limit is reached no matter how long this takes. From that point onwards that condition will not be covered, but you will still be able to claim for new conditions.
Argo provide a free 24/7/365 days available Vet Assistance helpline that provides you with access to vet nurses whenever you need them. They offer multi pet policy discounts, too.

Argos Pet insurance offers 3 levels of cover for dogs and cats. The Silver plan offers Time Limited 12 month cover of £2,500 per condition within 12 months from the first claim for each incident or accident.Once the limit is reached or 12 months elapses the condition is no longer covered and will not be covered on renewal. Theft or straying cover included up to £250. The policy includes third party liability cover for dogs but accidental damage is not covered.
The Gold plan offers Time Limited 12 month vet fee cover of £4,000 per condition within 12 months from the first claim for each incident or accident. Once the limit is reached or 12 months elapses the condition is no longer covered and will not be covered on renewal. Theft or straying cover included up to £750. For dogs Third Party liability cover up to £1.5 million is available with accidental damage cover of £500.
The Platinum Lifetime Cover policy offers total vet fee cover of £7,000 each year. Conditions claimed for under this policy will be covered in any subsequent year up to the total pay out limit of £7,000 each year as long as the policy remains in force with no breaks in cover. Theft or straying cover of £1,500 included. For dogs Third Party liability cover up to £2 million with accidental damage cover of £500 included. All plans also offer 24/7 access to Argos vetfone for help and advice. Cover for Death of your pet, emergency boarding fees and overseas holiday cover with holiday cancellation cover and complementary treatments such as hydrotherapy are included in each plan with varying pay out limits and subject to conditions.
For Silver and Gold Time Limited policies: £65 for each incident or condition. You can choose to add additional voluntary excess amounts to reduce monthly costs. For Lifetime Platinum policy: £65 for each incident or condition in the period you make a claim. You can choose to add additional voluntary excess amounts to reduce monthly costs.
