Waited well over a week for refund of over payment. Then to be told it wasn't even processed on the day they said. Long waiting times on phone costing £10 for 20 mins. Yearly renewal went up by £30 per month. Over all would not recommend. Over priced...

Can't say much as ongoing claim but I have £5000 bill refused for a bladder issue since dogs 1st season because she had a uti on 14th day of Policy. Get even disagrees they are thieving money or people left right and centre

I am totally shocked today after receiving my 2 year old dog insurance ( I might add that I have not claimed ) so was baffled when last year it was £735 and this year £1300. How is this be justified
