After insuring our French bulldog she fell ill with a stomach complaint and had to be hospitalised for two nights with treatment, sainsburys refused the claim on the basis of the dog had the complaint previously, I explained that this was not true as when she was a puppy she had to be wormed and this caused her to have a stomach upset, they will not concidor the claim although it is for a completely different thing, nobody will return emails and shocking conversations with the staff, terrible company who have no morals whatsoever, avoid at all costs!!
