Paid out within a week max directly to the vets. I would definitely recommend - the full amount was bar my excess so didn't even need to pay that myself, deducted straight from the pay-out.

Many Pets does not answer emails regarding claims and my simple claim is now more than 3 months and still waiting for payment. I cannot recommend this company at all, they have no customer service, very frustrating to try to deal with.

Dog had ct scan , printed off forms and gave to vet to fill in . No contact made with more than and paid out quickly . Easy and no hassle of trying to contact them . Printing off forms as they say results in a quick payout . Definitely recommend
