I have been with many pets since I got my dog in 2019 and I haven’t looked back since. They are amazing and such a friendly team to talk to if you need help or support. For the first 2 years there was no increase to my premiums and this is the first year that they have gone up - I will not complain though as they have been fantastic at paying claims (my girl needs medical treatment every month which isn’t cheap) I honestly can’t fault them at all. I would 110% recommend them for your pets
