Had to claim for the first time yesterday. Left the vets at 11am called Many pets at 14.00 hrs. Call handler was lovely. Was told claim could take 6-8 weeks. 16.00 claim was in my bank. Highly recommend

Excellent is the firts word that comes to mind for Many Pets. I sm always kept well ingord of status of claims. Claims always paid in a timely manner and customer service is excellent.

The Petplan customer service and claim experience is astoundingly poor and appalling. Clearly based outside of the UK with shocking and terrible quality calls & staff giving wrong advice via webchat. Don't believe the nonsense on the website about paying...
