Made several claims for my 14 year old cocker. It sometimes takes a few weeks to settle with the vets but they always settle. I am always kept informed of progress of claims. Customer service calls are answered fairly quickly and always by someone who is very helpful. Really pleased with ManyPets who were recommended to me and who I would also recommend to others especially for an elderly dog who has lots of age related problems.
