I've just been left with a £5600 vets bill because a visit to the vet 3 years ago "may possibly " have been releated. What really galls is that I didn't claim for the visit 3 years ago. Save the money you would have paid to direct line and just burn it...

Many Pets handled my claim very professionally and was very pleased with the outcome. We don't want to be in a position to make a claim for our pets but needs must and they're excellent at what they do, thanks

I couldn’t believe how easy it was to claim for our dogs ongoing ear troubles. This is fantastic although we appreciate that we pay more a month that we did with previous insurer so perhaps all evens out. I hope that claiming doesn’t have an effect on our...
