I have never had a problem with a claim, by nature shar-peis are expensive dogs, they are predisposed to do many genetic issues, particularly being caused by the breed characteristics. Broxi had a double entropion surgery for which many pets did not hesitate to pay out for, he’s also had a lumpectomy, again not a problem, extensive blood work, all fine, as well as being on long term allergy medication, the claim list is endless for this boy! Of course the insurance amount payable raises each year particularly based on the claims made, this is understandable and cannot be avoided unfortunately. Customer service have always been fantastic, and as mentioned so far no issues, will be interesting to see if this will change as he gets older. Highly recommend :)
