It has been a very difficult time adjusting to our dogs current ongoing health issues and Kennel Club have helped us through our claims and paid out promptly. Any enquiries have been readily resolved, helpfully and compassionately.

I have continued to stay with Kennel Club Insurance rather than "shopping around" for cheaper cover as I believe I receive good service and quick responses when I do have to claim - which luckily is on rare occasions.
