You can only really determine how good an insurance company is when you need to make a claim. And when I needed to make a claim for one of my dogs after a major leg operation I was rather nervous about how things would go. But it couldn't have been easier. Or faster! I was so surprised at how easy the process was and how quickly the claim was paid. I expected it to be a drawn-out process with lots of chasing. But no, I barely needed to do anything. Amazing! Would highly recommend!
