Easy to claim but not filling in the forms - felt very manual.

My dachshund has recently developed a pollen allergy required steroid injections and various antihistamines. Service fro Kennel Club insurance has been fast and efficient.

We have had our pet Insurance with kennel club for 6 years and we are very satisfied with them.
Kennel club have been very supportive at times when we have needed them to be.

Such a fantastic insurance company.

We’re so considerate of my feeling when I lost my puppy a few years ago. They were supportive of me too. So much so I had to insure again with them when I got another dog :)

Insured our dogs with the Kennel Club for years, always had good service from them. A little expensive but paying for Quality.

Service has always been good but having been with you since my bitch was a puppy I have seen nothing but the costs rise. I am looking at alternatives and will not be with you much longer

Archie’s testicles never descended and my vet advised that they be removed from inside him as they can turn cancerous. Normally castration would not be covered but because it was done for medical reasons my insurance paid up. No fuss

I have been with the kennel club for nearly 8yrs
I cant fault it, I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I haven’t had to claim on my policy however the person who served me on the phone explained it all and made it very easy for me to choose his company as opposed to others which are more expensive!
