Once your pet, dog in our case, the very high excesses and further percentages levied at 10 + years, are swingeing. Agria are very unsympathetic to queries and stick rigidly to their terms and conditions. My advice is do not buy from them.

Africa is a well established, reliable insurance with regular updates. They are easy to contact. I have used them once thus year when my cat had a throat operation and I found them accesible. The operation was reimbursed within 2 months.

Good price for the package. Especially like the annual voucher towards vaccinations. No claims so far 🤞 so can’t comment on that but as this was recommended by my vet I would assume there would be no major problems
