When I’be spoken to customer services I’ve found them to be very helpful, sympathetic and understanding. Communication is very good and claims dealt with promptly. We’ve not had any cause for complaint.

A little expensive but the cover is impressive with continuous cover on recurring conditions. My claims have always been dealt with quickly and I have been kept updated of the process. Would recommend
