I had my 5 dogs insured with Agria for 5 years, sadly now just 4.
Claims are always dealt with quickly and efficiently and there is always someone to help on the other end of the phone. When I lost my beloved chihuahua at only 4 years old each person I spoke to on the phone offered condolences and truly meant it. I even received a handwritten card offering sympathy.
As far as pet insurance goes this is 5 star treatment for a reasonable price.
