Took out policy after initial 5 free weeks from breeder. Easy to insure and well explained what was covered etc. Had discount for first 4 months then full price. Not bad price compared to others and at least they are trustworthy.

My pedigree Lab, Trigger, developed bad elbows as a pup. These days breeders check for that defect but 14 years ago they did not. He had two lots of surgery and lifetime painkillers.

When I’be spoken to customer services I’ve found them to be very helpful, sympathetic and understanding. Communication is very good and claims dealt with promptly. We’ve not had any cause for complaint.
