The call centre have always been very helpful and professional.
The only thing I can say with regard to claims is they can be slow and notifications can be a bit hit and miss.
However, they have never failed to clear a claim.
I have a lifetime policy for both my boxers and the policies are good value for money at this time, but the annual premium increases will eventually render the policies uneconomical if they continue to rise at current levels.
