2 Doberman and a deerhound .
Unfortunately I have had to claim twice for two of the dogs .
Very understanding customer service
Quick and prompt settlement of claims .

I think it is a very poor service you offer and in the twelve years I have had my dog insured by you I have been loyal to you but have not had that in return
