Within two years we tried to claim twice on unrelated issues, they 'waggled out' (get it?) wriggled out of paying both times. Be aware, if they can find a technicality they will! The champions they assign you seem to have one agenda; ensure you're not paid - save your premiums it will save you a huge headache in the long term as you end up paying twice money to these charlatans and then again to pay the vets bill.
