Excellent company to deal with, I put in a claim on Saturday night and it was in my account Sunday morning.

Many Pets staff are always so helpful and friendly and making a claim was made easy and paid the same day. Excellent and put my mind at ease.

Can't give an overall rating of 5 yet as I haven't made a claim and only insured at the beginning of Dec. However I did have a query and the lady I spoke to was very helpful. So 5 for customer service.
