First claim. All paperwork filled in by vetinary staff. Quick and easy to contact Vetsure by phone. (No being put on hold for ages!) We only had a couple of questions and they were answered immediately in a friendly manner.

I wouldn't bother insuring your animal with the AA as they won't pay out. They expect you to leave your animal in pain all weekend as they don't pay out for out of hours vets fees (ANIMAL CRUELTY COMES TO MIND) just want your money but won't pay out for a...
