When looking for insurance for our dog, we didn't have to look very far and they were recommended by the breeder. Kennel Club Insurance were helpful in helping us to tailor make the insurance policy to fit ours and our dogs needs.

I have yet to make a claim but the process for buying insurance was easy, the quote was competitive, and the quality of information relating specifically to the policy but also to pet health in general has been really good. I would recommend.

No problems so far. Purchased through the Kennel club so feel safe knowing they are a reputable company. No need to claim but they are responsive and keep me updated. Good value at the time of taking out cover.

The claims process was straight forward and was paid direct to vets, so there was no need to have to pay upfront and claim back. The premium following a lot of treatment didn't go up excessively.

Still waiting to hear how much of claim will be refunded and all taking a long time when it wasn't a complicated case
