Enquiring about illness cover for owner including hospitalisation. Local boarding for dog had very limited cover £5 per night instead of much larger kennel bill. Falsely told first three days would be disallowed. This corrected by subsequent phone call...

Professional and friendly service

It has been a very difficult time adjusting to our dogs current ongoing health issues and Kennel Club have helped us through our claims and paid out promptly. Any enquiries have been readily resolved, helpfully and compassionately.

Excellent company although i am on highest policy and is more expensive than other providers it has now been in my dogs later life well worth the extra cost

I have continued to stay with Kennel Club Insurance rather than "shopping around" for cheaper cover as I believe I receive good service and quick responses when I do have to claim - which luckily is on rare occasions.

When my puppy was unwell it was a huge comfort to know that insurance wasn't another worry as I trusted Kennel Club to deal with everything. The advisor's were really helpful and payment came back direct to my vets.
