When needed Agria have been very good and reasonably fast but made us do all the running around collatting paperwork and quite petty on some things, considering they’re one of the most expensive out there it seems.

Had no problems claiming insurance after the sad death of our beloved cocker. It was nice to speak to the staff at the kennel club who were very supportive and sympathetic.
