Fantastic insurer. Deal with claims extremely quickly with little fuss and always fairly. When I told my vet that I use Vetsure she commented that they are one of the best insurers. This has certainly been my experience of them - no regrets!

Excellent for making a claim which I did for my labs facial infection during lockdown. Totally disgusting regarding increase in premiums as last year 30% and this morning nearly 50%. How is this even remotely justified. Going to move to a better company.

Following an operation on a front leg last year I can only say thank you as all treatment payments were met in good time. It may not be the cheapest and premiums do go up but can't fault the service for 'our boy'.
