We have total confidence in the Kennel Club insurance as it was so easy to use when we needed to cover the costs of veterinary services, operations and hydrotherapy after care on our one year old cocker spaniel.

Lots of companies are cheaper than this one but if you have had a claim they sometime dont cover that condition the next year giving you a big problem. This company does & thats very important.

The claims process was straight forward and was paid direct to vets, so there was no need to have to pay upfront and claim back. The premium following a lot of treatment didn't go up excessively.

Agria was easy to use to claim for our dogs procedure, they paid out quickly with minimal fuss.
