Usless Insurance and I will be changing it. Our cat had dental extractions and they refused because she had some issues before the insurance was taken out.. the issues were mentioned back in October 2025 and admittedly we did take Sainsbury's insurance in November 2025.. but not because of that,but simply the better price at the time and attractive offer promising a good cover.. we didn't make a claim until October 2026 due to subsequent check that was just a dental clean that then required dental extraction . Which was covered by insurance .or so we thought... so clearly we didn't set out to change insurance to be able to claim ,but life happened and a year later or so the need to do was there.. that's why people take insurance !! Absolute disgrace ,would not recommend..very disappointed.. by the way this clearly is paid review site by Sainsbury's as I was not allowed to choose the option that I wouldn't recommend this company ( beeping Sainsbury's pet insurance ) to others .. what a joke..
