Big Scammers who don't want to pay out. They are slow and difficult and find every excuse not to pay out. The breeding cover is a scam. Paying £100 every month and they refused to payout for a newborn puppy that was hospitalised and passed away. £1000 can barely cover anything most puppies hospitalised it’s over £1000 a day c-sections also cost multiple thousands. Don’t waste your money here like we did after £1000 in premium they refused to payout. Note that £1000 is the total max cover per year so with a c section costing thousand and puppy care costing thousands don’t run the risk of being underinsured like we did. Once you use the £1000 there is no remaining cover for the rest of the puppies. We had puppies pass away and could even afford to bury them, this experience has scarred me for life. You’re better off setting aside £3000 in savings or just using a credit card to cover expenses. I honestly detest this company they fight so hard to avoid paying just a measly £1000 i'm glad we learned this sooner that later, Meanwhile my premiums still were being taken. They refused to pay our claim and it has been very stressful to deal with after the worse possible events imaginable happen this is devasting for us. We'd have been better of with zero insurance in our case. they are a horrible company to deal with and explain why insurance companies are now the new billionaires.
